The cultural halls in the buildings across the stake are filled with dancers learning dances, laughing together, and forging new friendships as they ready themselves for the June 11, 2011 Tri-stake Dance Festival. Rehearsals take place as part of mutual, once a month at the 12-13 year old dance instruction and dances, in Saturday stake rehearsals, and during ward mutual activity nights. Many wards are combining on activity nights and rehearsing together. Each ward has dance captains to guide the youth. Any youth who will be 12 by the June 11 date to 18 may participate in this great event. There are over 500 youth from the three stakes taking part in this. It will be held in the Stockton Arena.
